いやー良いですね〜。
店員さんの応対が素っ気ないとかの口コミがあったけど単に皆さんシャイなだけのように感じました。
馬刺しとモツ煮込みめっちゃ美味しかった。
ラーメンはコクがなくて醤油味だけだとの口コミもあるけど昔のラーメンってみんなこんな感じでしたよ。
私は美味しく懐かしく頂きました。
また来ます。

あっさりしたお醤油ベースのラーメンです。
普段ラーメン食べ歩かないので、このラーメンが何系なのかも分かりませんが…。
お出汁が効いたとても美味しいラーメンです。
麺が不揃いで縮れています。これがまた美味しいです^ ^餃子も注文しました。
18時代に伺った所、私1人でした。女性1人でも問題なくカウンターでゆっくり過ごせると思います。1人ご飯得意な方です。
これは、喜多方ラーメンなのかな？そうだったらいいな。
年配の男性が2人、女性1人がキッチンにおられました。皆さん寡黙な方です、ゆっくり味を噛み締めて食べれました(^^)
スープが物凄く美味しいです。水筒に入れて持って帰りたいぐらい。関西や関東にあればいいのに。

❇️手打ち平打ち麺は、厚さ幅ともにバラバラ、それはそれで面白い食感。
豚骨、鶏ガラ、鰹節と昆布(日高➕利尻)で摂ったスープと御店主仰ったけれど、バランスか？スープが弱く醤油強く感じる。利尻より日高の方が高いとも仰ったがそんな安い利尻昆布あるのかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさり目のスープに、手打ち麺のさっぱりとした醤油ラーメン。ほっとする味わいで、大好きなので郡山に行くたびに食べに行きたくなります。
毎回馬刺しも頼むのですが、赤身で脂身のすくない会津馬刺しに、辛子醤油でこれも安定感のあるおいしさです。
餃子も焼き面がパリッとしたタイプで、すごく好きです。とても美味しいです。
