t	taro nao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前観光で行った際、夕飯を自由に設定しプラプラと歩き回った末にたどり着いた店です。観光客と分かっても好みを聞き好みに合う酒を選んでくださり、尚且つそれと相性の良い肴をその場で考えて提供してくださいました。その時に選んだくださった「刈穂」の虜になり、また会わせてくださった「自家製ばっけ味噌」にとりつかれ毎年作ってます。むた是非是非訪れたい店です！ When I went to sightseeing before, I set up dinner freely and walked around, and arrived at the shop. s	sue san on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回の出張の大目当て店‼️見た目は確かに『熊親爺』?‍♀️ですが、とても温和な方で色々教えて頂きながら食べました?☝️今回は折角なので初物づくし‼️一発目は大将オススメの『ヤング』。幾分硬めとの説明は受けていましたが、食べると確かに硬い（笑）ただ、噛めば噛むほどではないですが、食べた事のない独特の旨味が凄い‼️馬肉の概念が変わりました?とにかく、美味い‼️最初に『オススメをお願いします』で出来たのが、中でも一番お安いこちら?☝️初めて頂きました。また、カウンターに鎮座する『自家製梅酒』も入店時より気になっていたので、迷わずお願いしました。甘さ控えめで、スッキリ頂けるのでお肉が進みます?馬ハツも初めてでしたが、臭みもなく私はハマりそうです‼️お邪魔して正解でした。次回は、大蔵省（妻）を連れて秋田弾丸ツアーを敢行したいと思います‼️赤鶏やジュンサイも美味しく頂け、来た甲斐がありました。ごちそうさまでした??
