きっと古い歴史があるのだろうが、お参りしている人を見たことがない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに飛行場が出来る事になり、熊野神社は高松町へ移転。最近立ち入り自由になったので、かつての跡地に祠が建てられたのだと思う。
An airfield will be opened here, and Kumano Shrine will be moved to Takamatsucho. Since I have recently been free to enter, I think the shrine was built on the former site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アメリカ軍に土地を接収される前に熊野神社があった場所の様ですが、明治時代の地図を調べると高松駅北側の駐車場辺りに神社の記号がありました。今の祠の位置とはズレてる様ですが、ここも神社の範囲だったのでしょうか？ 説明の看板もないので詳細は不明です。
It seems that there was Kumano Shrine before the land was requisitioned by the US military, but when I looked up the map of the Meiji era, there was a shrine symbol near the parking lot on the north side of Takamatsu Station. It seems that the position of the current shrine is different, but was this also within the range of the shrine? The details are unknown because there is no signboard for explanation.
