M	Monchiku Monmon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道中は狭い山間の道なので、対向車が来ないことを祈りながら、ゆっくりと向かって下さい。ピラミッドを連想させるような奈良時代の遺跡で、未だに謎の多い所です。近くには展望台もあって、なかなかの景色が楽しめます。とても静かでよい雰囲気です。 The road is a narrow mountain road, so please head slowly while praying that oncoming vehicles will not come. It is a ruin of the Nara period reminiscent of a pyramid, and it is still a mysterious place. There is also an observatory nearby, so you can enjoy the scenery. It's a very quiet and nice atmosphere.

吉	吉英 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になってたので行ってきました。車で登ったので暗澹たる細い山道をずっとグルグル‥ 対向車来たらどちらかがバックです（日曜昼で３回遭遇）遺跡の大きさは相撲の土俵より２周りほど大きいくらいかな。横に展望台かつ休憩所があり、登山されてきた方達はソコで昼ごはんを食べられてました。猿田彦神社や熊山神社、天然杉もすぐ近くです I went because I was curious. d	daodao 888 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡山のピラミッドこと熊山遺跡を観に行きました。２号線から脇道に入り、山道を北上すること10km弱で山頂の駐車場に到着します。山道はすべて舗装済ではありますが、ほぼ１車線で途中で離合できるところが限られるため、運転に自信がない方は行かないほうが良いかと思います。山頂の駐車場に車を止めて、遺跡までは、山道をゆっくり歩いて10分くらいで到着します。途中、案内看板がちゃんと整備されているので迷うことはないと思います。遺跡は近くに寄ることが出来ないように囲いがされていますが、周辺をぐるりと見学できるようになっていました。石積みの遺跡は奈良時代に出来たものではないか？と言われています。チベットの山岳寺院にある石積みのストゥーパや、東大寺の頭塔によく似ていますね。実際に現物を観ることが出来てよかったです。 I went to see the Kumayama Ruins, also known as the Okayama Pyramid. Take the side road from Route 2 and head north on the mountain road to reach the parking lot at the top of the mountain in less than 10 km. All the mountain roads are paved, but there are only a limited number of places where you can separate from each other in one lane, so if you are not confident in driving, you should not go. Park your car in the parking lot at the top of the mountain and walk slowly along the mountain road to reach the ruins in about 10 minutes. On the way, the signboards are properly maintained so you won't get lost. The ruins are enclosed so that they cannot be approached nearby, but it was possible to tour the surrounding area. Isn't the masonry ruins made in the Nara period? It is said that. It's very similar to the masonry stupa in a mountain temple in Tibet or the head tower of Todaiji Temple. It was nice to be able to actually see the actual product.
R	Ryan Wilson (雷庵) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful 17 kilometer round trip hike from Inbe station; or you can drive up a narrow winding mountain road but be careful for hikers and other cars. At the top there is an excellent lookout towards Okayama, a shrine and an ancient stone pyramid. Kumayama has a rare double peddled cherry blossom orchard which blooms a couple weeks after the cherry blossom season.
