★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九十九島からこの飛金の流れにかけては、洪水で国道を飲み込んで元の河道が変わったり（しばらく前まで流れの中に道路標識が立っているのが見えた）また大規模な土砂崩れがあって平成の流れができたりしていて、比較的安定している奥入瀬渓流の中では50年のうちにかなりの変化があった流域である。ネーミングのセンスから判断して「飛金の流れ」の命名者は大町桂月なんだと思うが、100年前と同じ流れであるとは思わない。当時はおそらく、夕日がはいり、また今より流れも速く、河面がきらめいて砂金が舞い飛んでいるような光景が見えたかもしれない。
今は下流がわが淵状になっていて淀み（平成の流れで一気に迅くなるが）この流れもおそらく昔よりはずっと緩い流れになっているのだろう。現状の流れの様子とネーミングが一致していない。

It is a basin that has undergone considerable changes within 50 years in the relatively stable Oirase Gorge, where the Heisei era has been created. Judging from the sense of naming, I think that the name of "Hikin no Yu" is Keigetsu Omachi, but I don't think it is the same as 100 years ago. At that time, I could probably see the setting sun, the flow was faster than it is now, the river surface was twinkling, and the gold dust was flying.
The downstream is now in the shape of a pool, and it is stagnation (although it suddenly becomes quicker in the flow of Heisei), and this flow is probably much slower than in the past. The naming does not match the current flow.
