他の絹ごしじゃ味わえない。なめらかな豆腐です。
If you eat tofu here, you can't be satisfied with other tofu. I'm far but I'm going to buy.
You can't taste it with other silks. It is a smooth tofu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森に行くことになったので久しぶりに予約して購入飛行機にて持ち帰り。以前と変わらず、生ゆばに絡んだ濃厚豆乳をぎりぎり形が保てる硬さでお豆腐にした感じのパンナコッタのような食感味わいで大満足。岩塩で美味しくいただきました。
I decided to go to Aomori, so I made a reservation after a long time and took it home with a purchase airplane. As always, I was very satisfied with the texture like Panna Cotta, which is like tofu with the firmness that can keep the shape of the thick soymilk entwined with raw yuba. It was delicious with rock salt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆腐は昔は美味しかったけど去年買ってみたら普通のお豆腐でした アメリカの大豆使用だったような… 温泉が向かいにあり 豆腐屋さんで 入湯料を払います
Tofu used to be delicious, but when I bought it last year, it was normal tofu. It looks like it used American soybeans ... There is a hot spring opposite and you pay the bath fee at the tofu shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かにスーパーなどで売っている安い豆腐に比べると圧倒的にうまいが、350円という価格に見合っているかといえばそうではない。
その価格を出すのであればもっとこだわりがほしい。
こういうご時世なので価格を上げざるを得ないのは仕方ないが、それでも以前より100円も上がって何も変化がないのであればあまり買う価値もないだろう。
It's certainly overwhelmingly better than the cheap tofu sold at supermarkets, but it's not worth the price of 350 yen.
If you want to get that price, I want you to be more particular about it.
It's a time like this, so it's unavoidable to raise the price, but if it's still 100 yen higher than before and nothing has changed, it's probably not worth buying.

近くの「さとちょう」というスーパーに卸しているので、そこに売っていることがあります。入荷日は、「さとちょう」のホームページから確認可能。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリーミーで美味しい絹ごし豆腐。それ自体の味がいいので、調味料や薬味もちゃんとしたものじゃないと負ける感じがします。
お店に、おからとか油揚げとかもあるのかなと思ったけど、それらは見当たらなかった。。
Creamy and delicious silken tofu. Since the taste of the product itself is good, I feel that the seasonings and condiments are not proper and I lose.
