★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヨガって初めてでしたが、こんなに楽しいものなんだって驚きました。
体が固くて、思うようにできないポーズもありましたが、軽く補助していただいたりして、何とか形になり嬉しかったです。
終わった後は、凝っていたところも軽くなっていて、その日はいつもより深く眠れたみたいで、寝覚めがすごく爽快でした。
スタジオがとても素敵で、気持ちよく初ヨガ体験できました。ぜひまた行きたいと思います。
I was new to yoga, but I was surprised that it was so fun.
There were some poses that were hard and I couldn't do what I wanted, but I was happy to get some form by helping lightly.
After that, my elaborate areas were lighter, and I felt like I was able to sleep deeper than usual, and waking up was really refreshing.
The studio was very nice and it was a pleasant first yoga experience. I want to go again.
