★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観光地の序のソバ屋と思うなかれ（そういうのも好きだけど）。
腰の強くエッジのたった麺。茹で、洗いもかなり理想に近い。ツユは返しがしっかりしてて節の舌触りまで解るよう。かなり濃い目なので、江戸前の蕎麦のようにしっぽを少し漬けて手繰った箸先を口に含むと素の香りが楽しめ、さらにツユごと啜ると麺とツユの渾然一体が。
連れ合いと大和町なんかの山中の手打ち蕎麦屋逍遥をたまにやるけれど、とりあえず旨い蕎麦が食べたければここでいい。さらなる楽しみ、蕎麦湯も、一杯目から濃い。中の柚子皮はとてもいい。うどんもあるせいか、蕎麦湯に振る七味もちゃんとある（本格蕎麦屋には意外と置いていない）。新粉で打ったらどうなっちゃうんだろう。

I sometimes go to a handmade soba restaurant in the mountains of Taiwa Town, but if you want to eat delicious soba for the time being, this is the place to go. For even more fun, the soba hot water is also strong from the first cup. The yuzu peel inside is very nice. Probably because there are udon noodles, there are also shichimi sprinkled in soba hot water (unexpectedly not placed in a real soba shop). What would happen if I hit it with new powder?

1つ不満だったのは、トイレが男女一緒の空間で男子便器の隣に個室の洋式トイレがある状態でした。

自分は天ざる大盛と
女房は天婦羅蕎麦を
若干甘めのもり汁ですが
それほど気になりませんよ
特にお蕎麦は間違いなく旨い

冷えた水で絞めてしっかりとした食感で
