★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学生時代中古の原付バイク（ホンダMTX-50R）を購入しました。帰省先で高校時代の友人と夜間に走りに出掛けた際、軽い接触事故を起こし、ラジエターサイドカバーが脱落してしまったのですが、ご主人にパーツの取り寄せをお願いすると、その場で直ぐにホットメルトで破損したネジ止め部を修理してくださいました。当時9万で買ったバイクは、自分でメンテナンスしながら４年間乗り続け、最後はしばらく実家の倉庫に眠った後、オークションを経てバイク好きのご夫婦の元に5千円で（アライのMXヘルメットと、SIDIのオフロードブーツをオマケに付けて）引き取られて行きました。奥原モータースのご主人の優しい笑顔が、今でも懐かしく思い出されます。
I bought a used moped (Honda MTX-50R) when I was a student.
