★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイクキャンプ旅途中突然の故障で立ち寄りました。
事前連絡で修理対応可能との事だったので、レッカー手配して持ち込んだら全く対応せず、まずバイクを見もしない。バッテリー充電器すらホームセンターで買ってこないと無いとの事。
とりあえずキャンプに向かうため、レンタルバイクを前金で何故か3日分取られ、キズ付けたら少しでも10万と言われて、2日で返しても1日分返金応じない。
結局バイクは2次レッカーで家まで持ち帰りました。
酷い店です。
ここはバイク屋ではないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車両探しに訪れました。なので整備の実力等は分かりません。結局車両をなかったので何も買いませんでした。
が、、、、
自分のときは他の方のレビューにあるような、一見さんお断りって感じではなかったです。
他のショップを見て回って探してるバイクがないと、まず悲しいし、お客として見てもらえないからあしらわれる、相手にされないことばかりでした。
何も買わないのが確定している客の相手をできないのは仕方ないんですよね。それはわかりますが、ちょっと寂しいです。
ですが、ここのご店主は親身に話を聞いてくれて何を買うでもない私にアドバイスをくれたりととても親切にしていただきました。
最後の諦めずにじっくり探しましょう。て言葉が、探し疲れていた自分を元気にしてくれましたよ。
困ったときはきっと力を貸してくれるお店だと思います。

症状を伝え、預かっていただき、翌日には丁寧に調べていただいた結果を、多数の写真とともに説明してくださいました。
とても実直で、親切なバイク屋さんです。
もし次バイクを買う時は、ココで買いたいと思いました。
後日、
この件をきっかけに自分のバイクのメンテナンス等で今もお世話になってます。
仕事ぶりはと言うと、いつもとても丁寧に診ていただけて、本当に安心してお願いすることが出来る「私のバイク屋さん」という存在になりました。

購入前に何件も下見に行き、値段や対応の1番しっくり来たこのお店で購入しました。
オーナーもとても親切に対応してくれ、これからも長いお付き合いをお願いしたくなるお店です。
大きな店舗と違い、台数には限りがありますが、気にいいるバイクが見つかるのであれば購入をお勧めします。

モトショップ・ハマ＆ゼウスさんは、松本市蟻ケ崎で営業されていた頃から30年以上、バイクの購入・メンテナンスでお世話になっています。
近年、バイクは販売台数がピークの1/10まで落ち込み、街のバイク屋さんが減少し、かつ、高度な技術を持つ店は限られています。
モトショップ・ハマ＆ゼウスさんは、新車の購入からメンテナンスまで、信頼できるバイクショップです。
今回も、修理依頼後、早々に原付をピックアップ回収していただき、故障原因を特定し、修理方法・金額について、幾つかの選択肢をご提示いただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ゴールドウイングで信州ツーリング中、エンジンが掛からなくなってしまいました。
ロードサービスを頼みドリーム店に持ち込もうとしたところ定休日、松本市内のバイク屋さんを何軒か連絡を取るもGLは無理だと断られました。
そんな中「ハマゼウス」さんに連絡したところ大丈夫とのこと、正に地獄に仏です本当に助かりました。
積載前にもう一度リセットをかけたところ、幸いにも始動できたのでお礼を伝える為に直接お邪魔してきました。
お店もピットも整然としていて安心して預けることが出来ると感じました、何よりもオーナーが優しそうな方でとても好感がもてました。
お世話になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて買ったバイクが秋から冬にかけて、朝エンジンが掛からないことが多々あって相談に行きました。キャブレター車です。バイクに問題があったら直せるかも含めてです。
エンジンのかけ方を見た店主が、これはバイクの問題ではなく、かけ方の問題だと結論から教えてくださいました。夏の間はセルボタンを１秒ほど押せばエンジンが簡単にかかりますが、秋〜冬にかけて気温が降下している間はそうは行かなく、10秒ほど押し続けるとかかると教えてくださいました。
確かにいつも3〜4秒だけセルボタンを押してはかからないと諦めていました。でもエンジンがかかるにはある程度の温度が必要で、気温が低い秋〜冬はバッテリが上がるとか気にせず10秒ほど押しっぱなしてしていると、かかるとのことでした。
他にもマニアックな話を沢山してくださったので、聞いているだけでもだいぶ成長した気になりました。始終嫌な雰囲気を一切出さず優しく教えてくださった店主に感謝です。
