★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお世話になっている薬局です。
親切で丁寧な薬剤師さんが多い中、ひとりだけ態度が悪く声小さく聞き取りづらいの薬剤師さんがいらっしゃいます。
コロナ対策でビニールのカーテンとマスクをしているので、余計に声が籠って聞き取りづらいです。
耳を近づけないと聞こえないレベルで、この方が担当の時はほぼ何を言っているのかわからないので困ります。
早く終わらせたいのか淡々と話して薬渡してきます、飲み合わせ等聞きたいことがあっても聞けず終いです。
老若男女問わずハキハキといつもより少し声を大きくして対応して頂きたいです。
薬局の中は綺麗で清潔感があるので気に入っています。

While there are many kind and courteous pharmacists, there is one who has a bad attitude and has a small voice and is hard to hear.
Since I am using vinyl curtains and masks as a measure against corona, it is hard to hear because of the extra voice.
It is a level that you can not hear unless you bring your ears close to you, so when you are in charge, you do not know what you are saying, so it is a problem.
If you want to finish it quickly, I will talk to you and give you the medicine.
I would like you to respond with a louder voice than usual, regardless of age or sex.
I like the inside of the pharmacy because it is beautiful and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方は親切にしてくれるのに中年の薬剤師で１つ結びにしてるの方がすごい態度が悪く、薬をビニール袋に入れてくれず投げられました。こっちは具合悪くて来てるのに最悪です。
The receptionist was kind to me, but the middle-aged pharmacist tied one together had a bad attitude, and he threw the medicine without putting it in a plastic bag. This is the worst though I'm sick.

容器代がかかります???
色々な薬局でこどもの薬もらってきましたが料金取られたのはここが初めてでした
料金かかることは薬局の方針なので別にいいと思うのですが、それであればせめて処方箋を受け取る時に一言
『容器代頂きますがよろしいですか？』と聞くといいのではないかなと思いました…
お会計の時に当たり前のようにとられて、もう薬も作ってもらってるし払うしかないなって感じでした
説明を怠るのは患者目線ではないなーと思いました
受付の方も薬剤師さんもあまり親切な感じではなかったのでもう行かないと思います?
