★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the waiter refused to disclose the english menu even there is english menu in the drawer. The waitor took the menu from my hand and insisted us to order his 'introduction'. Foreginer better don't go, 'coz they may not welcome you and you may only try their 'introduction'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE! The waiters there have poor communication skills and impatiently took our order. When our meal arrived, the yakisoba was disgustingly salty, and half burnt. The water had a gross yellow tint to it. TOURIST TRAP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little okonomiyaki eatery amongst the rabbits warren of walkways that span the ground floor of Umeda station. Quick and efficient staff and nice clean setup and teppans (hot plates). Good yakisoba plus other tasty dishes can also be had apart from the advertised okonomiyaki. Enjoy!... I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE! Avoid this place! We visited this place today and we were very disappointed! Demand us to finish a whole ice cream cone before allowing us to enter the place. Unfriendly to tourists. Terrible food: very salty and overcooked. Unclean environment: Dinner table looks yellowish, so does the water. Very bad service and attitude. Extremely rude and disrespectful to customers, only want your money. Wonder how come rating can go beyond three. Would like to give zero if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch here today at about 1:30 pm on a Saturday. No queue and we were seated at the bar where we could watch the chef cook. The waitress who took our order was friendly, spoke good English and even arranged for a plain okonomiyaki, because I am vegetarian. Very happy with the service and the quality of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While wandering the Labrynth of eateries under the Umeda Station, we came across Okonomiyaki Sakura. The staff spoke English so it was easy to get a vegetarian okonomiyaki. They also have an English menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Quality Okonomiyaki offered right within the Annex below the train tracks of Umeda. A variety of Yaki options are available, including Negiyaki and Yakisoba. However, service js sub-par, waitresses were rude.
