n	notetrap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6時過ぎに入店し、お客さんが居ないときに持ち帰りで『いかモダン』を2枚注文。時間がかかるとのことだったので腰掛けて待たせて貰った。予約注文の分があったりして30分待ってようやく出されたのが、注文したのと違う『豚モダン』・・( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ ) 別に嫌いじゃないし値段も同じだったからそのまま受け取ったけど、凄く混んでてテンパるような状況ならともかく、空いてるときはせめて単純な注文くらいは覚えてて欲しい。ちなみに注文と違うことを伝えたら作り直しますと言ってくれたけど、またさらに待つのはウンザリだったので断りました。 I entered the store after 6 o'clock and ordered two "Squid Modern" to take home when there were no customers. 折	折り紙 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪下町のお好み焼き屋さん。5～6席のカウンターだけなので、40代の多分まだ独身のマスターが一人で切り盛りしています。以前何度か行ったことあって、今日久々覗いたらやはり満席でした(+_+)ここのお好み焼きは、美味しいです。ホントに。好きです。ちょっと変わったトッピングとかもあるお好み焼きもあるんですが、何気にベーシックな美味しい普通のを頼んでしまいます。いつか注文します。あと、おでんに何だろう辛子の替わりに辛い赤いのんをつけるのですが、名前が、出てこん(+_+)意外とあうんですが、名前がわからんので、色々買おうと探したりしたのてすが、結局判らすじまい。。今度はマスターに聞いて見ようと思います。 ★半年ぶりの来店です★ 提灯?が新しくなってます。豚、イカ、シソのお好み焼き。。醤油ベースのタレなのか？普通の醤油なのか？わからんですが、最後につけて赤いトウガラシ?️みたいなのを振り掛け、ひっくり返し香ばしさを出したら出来上がり。シソの風味、醤油の香ばしさ、っで?️のアクセント。。初めて?の味。抜群に旨かった(^.^) 辛い赤いの聞くの忘れた(ﾟーﾟ) ので次回聞くことにします。 An okonomiyaki restaurant in downtown Osaka.
