★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really delicious and the staff was super nice! There is an English menu. This is basically a ramen with more thick, and less soup. You mix everything up real nice than proceed to eat. I reccomend you to order rice after you finish eating the noodles and clean up the awesome sauce. Highly recommended place! Very reasonable price as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has instantly become one of my favorite ramen restaurants in Hiroshima, recommended size and spiciness with extra cha Sui, and goma (sesame) brought it to extra tasty followed by the takikomi-gohan to spill your left over sauce into was a nice way to finish the meal. Will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Great food and service! One guy running the show, keeping the place clean and the food delicious. He even gave us an origami souvenir, as we were pretty obviously tourists. Amazing prices for such a great meal. 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and small place . Owners speaks a little English. Enough to help you with your choice. Menu is in English too. We ordered the mazemen with spice level 7. This was good for us but would not recommend that to people who are not used to spicey food. Also we had so e fried dumplings. Together with 2 beers we paid about 2800 yen which is a fair price here in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best ramen ? I have had after traveling throughout and living in Japan. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating folks I have ever encountered. They were more than happy to make a couple substitutions and off menu options (additional eggs). The restaurant is very clean and not cramped with the amount of room available. I absolutely cannot wait to come back just to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in by accident and I'm absolutely happy that it happened. Mazemen means you have to stir the noodle with the soup. It isn't like regular ramen as the noodle is thicker and there aren't much soup. If you have soup left after the noodle, you can always ask them to add rice and other ingredients to finish the bowl with. Total recommendation. Never tasted anything like it elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Okmundou Mazeman based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. The dumplings were flavorful and crispy. The karage was juicy and you get 3 different things to dip it in. I got spice level 2 for my ramen and it was perfect. The noodles were fresh and chewy. The ramen had great flavor and wasn’t too spicy. The char siu rice is something you need to order also. The meat was soft and the rice was light and fluffy. We highly recommend this place when in Hiroshima.
