m	menntam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打痕リペアとミニスイッチ交換で納期2ヶ月から2ヶ月半かかるとのことで了承してお願いしました。2ヶ月半過ぎても連絡ないので、こちらから進捗の確認の電話をしたところ打痕の程度がひどく、更に2週間から1ヶ月ほどかかると説明あり。納期遅れるなら連絡が欲しかった所ですが了承。そこから1ヶ月過ぎても連絡なし。再度こちらから連絡するとあと3.4日ほどでお渡しできますとの返事あり。連絡がないことが不服でしたがギターが受け取れるなら...と安堵したの束の間。その日のうちに電話連絡が来て、なんとスイッチ修理が未完かつ部品が特殊で入手に1ヶ月ほど掛かるとの事。話にならないので打痕リペアのみで引き取りしました。出来上がったギターを見て、リペア技術は確かなものだと思いましたが、それ以前にビジネス的に大事なものが欠落しているように思えました。安心して預けたいには方はお勧めできません。 Please note that it will take two to two and a half months for delivery to repair the dents and replace the mini switch. 田	田中弘隆 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前アコギのサドル作成を依頼しました。丁寧な作りで音も良くなり満足です。受け取りの際にギターに付着したホコリや木屑をエアーではらってくれ、細かな気配りが出来ていると思いました。ただ修理完了後の連絡を依頼していたけど電話が無く、電話連絡の連携が従業員の間で出来て無い感じがあったので、星１つマイナスさせていただきました。ですが修理の腕前は確かな工房で、気さくに話しかけてくれる職人さんもいらっしゃったので良い所だと思います。 I previously requested to make an acoustic guitar saddle. I am satisfied with the careful construction and the sound is good. I thought that I was able to take care of the dust and wood chips that had adhered to the guitar when I received it. However, I was asking for contact after the repair was completed, but there was no telephone, and I felt that the telephone contact could not be coordinated among the employees, so I deducted one star. However, I think it's a good place because the repair skill is a certain workshop and there are some craftsmen who talk to me kindly.
