丁寧に検査してもらうことができ、結果命に関わる重大な病気が判明し、何とか一命を取り留める事ができました。遠藤先生には感謝しかありません！また、看護師さんも優しく、フードの事や投薬の仕方などをわかりやすく教えてくださり心強かったです。
I wasn't satisfied with the results of the examination at the veterinary hospital I was attending, so I went to see him here.
I was able to have a careful examination, and as a result, I found out a serious illness that could be life-threatening, and managed to save my life. I'm just grateful to Dr. Endo! Also, the nurse was kind and it was encouraging to teach me about food and how to take medication in an easy-to-understand manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1歳の愛犬が珍しく消化不良を起こしてたので、翌朝一番に電話してこちらの病院にお世話になりました。他のワンちゃんネコちゃんも多かったので、信頼おける病院なんでしょう。先生は経験豊かな印象でした。過度な診察はしない方針のようでそれも好印象です。今後も、何かあればお世話になろうと思っています。
My 1-year-old dog had indigestion, so I called first the next morning and was taken care of by this hospital. There were many other dogs and cats, so it's a reliable hospital. The teacher had an experienced impression. It seems that the policy is not to over-examine, which is also a good impression. I will continue to take care of you if anything happens.

飼い主の話をじっくり聞いてくださります。今すぐ伺うべき症状か迷った際、電話相談をすると、症状を聞いた上で丁寧に回答くださります！本来ならばお金を支払わなければいけないこう言った電話相談での細やかな対応に、信頼ができると感じます。
また、看護師さんの方々もとても優しく、小さな子連れでも待ち時間に飽きないようにシールをくださったり気遣ってくれました。
家からは車で20分程がかかり、決して最寄りではないのですが、看護師さん達の動物愛に溢れた接し方や先生の穏やかさに惹かれ、大事な家族を診てもらっています。
老齢になれば毎月のようにお世話になり、いかに『看取るか』を相談していくのが動物病院です。ペットの普段の様子や些細な飼い主の話にも耳を傾けてくれるこちらの病院は、長く寄り添っていく上でとても大事な姿勢をみせてくれていると思います。
