A	Amateur D.I.Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話でタイヤの在庫を問い合わせたところ、馴れ馴れしい対応。 215.225のサイズ感についてお聞きしたら、メーカーで違うから、分からないと言われました。タイヤ屋さんにいてアドバイスもくれない店は初めてでした。フジのオンラインショップで、あるメーカーを言って取り寄せできます？って聞いたらそんなメーカーあるんですか？って? あるから聞いてるのにもう少し勉強して頂きたい。電話でこれだと店舗にも行きたくないですね。オンラインショップの方が親切です。 When I inquired about the stock of tires by phone, I got a familiar response. d	den on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入したスタッドレスタイヤへ交換してもらう為に、後日開店時間の10:00にお店に行ったら長蛇の列！購入時に店員さんから10:00にくればスムーズに交換できると言われたのですが信じた自分が阿保だったようです。結局1時間程度並んで受付してもらいましたが、交換作業開始は19:00以降の何時になるかわからないので、閉店時間の18:30迄にもう一度来て、鍵を預けてそこからひたすら待っててくれと言われたので、交換はあきらめて引取りに変更。しかし、引き取りでもホイールの組み込みに15:00まではかかるとのこと。交換の時間予約が出来ないことは説明ありましたが準備すらしてないのかと驚きました。混むのは仕方ないにしても並んでいるお客に対して何の説明もなく、対応は最悪です。せめて購入済みの人と新規相談の人で列を分けたり、先に受付票を書いてもらうなど、出来る事はあると思います。タイヤ単価は安く、購入時の説明も初心者に優しいとは思いますが、混雑時の対応も考えるときちんと予約できるお店で購入するべきだと感じました。 When I went to the store at 10:00, the opening time, to have the tires replaced with the studless tires I purchased, there was a long line! I think that the unit price of tires is cheap and the explanation at the time of purchase is kind to beginners, but I felt that I should purchase at a shop where I can make a reservation properly when considering how to deal with congestion.
新	新潟亮介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスのタイヤを購入し、組み替えてもらったところ見覚えのないリムの変形がありました。ホイールを接触させた事も無ければぶつかった事もないので、組み替える前はこのような変形はなかった！そちらの組み替えによるものでは？と伝えたが、組み替え時にリムが変形するような事は無いと完全拒否され、全く話も聞いてもらえませんでした。しかし数年後、とあるタイヤショップにて、フジの長岡店に変形させられたと相談してみると、「組み替え時のリムの変形ですか？大体想像つきます」との事でした。もう二度と利用するか！と思いつつも、別件でタイヤの見積もりだけとりに行った所、またしても購買意欲を失わせるような態度。接客業に向いていない店員がこちらにはおります。黒崎にある店は結構良かったはずなのに...。どんなに安かろうが長岡店でお金を使う事はありません。 When I bought a studless tire and had it rearranged, there was a deformation of the rim that I didn't recognize. There is a clerk here who is not suitable for the hospitality business. The store in Kurosaki should have been pretty good ... No matter how cheap it is, I never spend money at the Nagaoka store.
