インストラクターの方は年齢層が幅広いです。
入口にアルコールスプレーが置いてあり、当日の体温管理表を出して入室します。
他のホットヨガ教室より少し安い値段設定ですが、それには理由があります。
床暖が無いので、うつ伏せになった時や仰向けになった時はひんやりしてきます。
スタジオの中には鏡が無いので自分のポーズは確認出来ません。
シャワーブースが無いので、終わった後シャワーを浴びる事は出来ません。

Instructors have a wide range of age groups.
There is an alcohol spray at the entrance, and you can enter the room with the temperature control table for the day.
It's a bit cheaper than other hot yoga classes, but for good reason.
There is no warmth on the floor, so it will be cool when you lie down or lie on your back.
There is no mirror in the studio so I can't check my pose.
Since there is no shower booth, you cannot take a shower after finishing.
