愛環で交通系ICカード利用の場合は水色の機械にタッチしてから、改めて改札でカードをタッチして、出ます。
豊田方面へ行く場合も改札と専用機械の2回のタッチが必要です。
…なので、JRを切符で乗り継ぐ場合は要注意です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛知環状鉄道の始終点駅でもあり、東海道本線の1つの拠点駅でもある駅です。
JRは全ての列車が停車し、名古屋方面からくる電車には、岡崎行きの電車も1時間に1、2本存在します。(そのあと岐阜行きに変わる)
本数が多いので、電車の乗り降りに困ることはありません。
愛知環状鉄道への乗り換えには、改札を通らずに、ICカードをタップするだけで、乗ることが出来るのも1つの魅力かと。
2つの路線のたくさんの行き交う電車を眺めるのなら、０番線(愛環)、1･2番線にある椅子に座って見るのがオススメです。
飽きずにのんびりできます。

もう少し早く開けて欲しいと思いますが、勤務時間の都合も有るのでしょうか？ 仕方無いですね。
