神戸の土地柄など何も分からない状態から、色々と教えていただき希望の地域を見つけることができました。
同じような地域でも、一本道を渡ると変わる事などもあり、そういった細かい事まで気にかけて物件を紹介していただけてありがたかったです。

初めての一人暮らしで、私が部屋を借りれる物件がほんとに数少なく、何度も部屋を借りれるのか不安になったこともありましたが、大西さんが私でも部屋を借りれそうな物件を沢山探して下さり、いくつもの物件の内見もさせて頂いて、管理会社さんや保証会社さんなどと電話で交渉してくださったおかげで無事にお部屋を借りることが出来ました。本当に感謝しきれないくらいです。
とても親切で、条件に合わせてぴったりなお部屋を見つけてくれるとてもいいお店と担当さんです。またお部屋を借りる際にもお世話になりたいと思いました。初めての不動産屋さんでここを選んで良かったです！

離島のため中々現地まで行く事ができなかったので、部屋の採寸をあれこれお願いしてしまいましたが、丁寧に対応していただきました。お忙しい中本当にありがとうございました。

大手デベロッパーの運営する会社にも何社か物件検索のお願いをしましたが、ダントツで江戸さんが一番真摯な対応をしてくださいました。
どこの会社で契約しても手続き自体は変わりませんが、新生活を始めるにあたり気持ちよく契約できるということはその後の暮らしにも影響してくると思っています。そうした借り手の気持ちをわかってくださる方に担当していただけて非常に満足です。
