伊	伊東真博 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金は低価格でよかったのですが、1年もたたずに塗装の剥がれがちらほら。それについて、営業担当に相談したら、職人と確認するという返事が来て、その後音沙汰なし。どうなっているかの確認のメールをいれるると、まだ職人と調整中とのこと。2カ月も調整かかるってどんだけなんだ。2カ月近くたってもまだ返事をもらえません。点検結果の画像も送るといっても送ってこないし、この会社は約束を守るという姿勢が皆無です。（追記）最初に一報を入れてから随分時間が掛かりましたがとりあえず補修の対応をして頂きました。 It was good that the price was low, but the paint was peeling off in less than a year. 桑	桑原英司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年前の塗替え業者に比べて明らかに劣る業者です。ヌリカエの評判を当てにして後悔です。バルコニーの防水処理前の高圧水洗無いばかりか、コンクリートタイル無理やり剥がして欠かしたまま、しかもずれた状態で再配置。地デジアンテナは曲げるし、BSアンテナは向きを変えられて映らなくなる始末。庭に出るステップのプラスチックマットは作業の邪魔だから庭に放りっぱなし。リタッチ用の塗料は開放容器に入れて冷凍食品を入れる袋で口結んで放置。前回の業者はバルコニー新品になったかと思うくらい真っ白にしてくれました。BS放送も全然見れました。リタッチ塗料もキャップ付きのボトルに入れて、”気になるところが有ったらこれで補修お願いします。”と説明がありました。ホントは星１つでもいいですが、下見の担当者がすごく丁寧だったから2つです。でも、それに騙された感じです。 It is clearly inferior to the repainting company 10 years ago. Put the paint for retouching in an open container, tie it in a bag for frozen food, and leave it. The last vendor made the balcony white enough to make me think it was new. I could watch BS broadcasting at all. He also put the retouch paint in a bottle with a cap and explained, "If you have any concerns, please repair with this." It's okay to have one star, but it's two because the person in charge of previewing was very polite. But I feel like I was deceived by it.
