★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年以上通っていましたが、受付及び電話対応がまるでなっていないので行かないことにしました。タメ口当たり前、逆ギレなどと接客がまるでなっていないので注意してください。
 We went through for more than 20 years, but decided not to go because reception and telephone correspondence were not totally done. Please be aware that customer service is not completely reversed, such as in reverse gilet.

受付や、看護師、医者はタメ口で話し、対応や治療内容に質問すると怒られ、今まで処置したもの全部とるわ！こんなん言われるの嫌ゆからね！といわれ乱暴に対応されました。
歯磨きは毎日するものなので、治療後すこしでも違和感を覚えると不安に思い、質問します。
質問内容をクレームと捉えて怒ったのだと思いますが、質問もできない歯医者に大事な歯は任せられません。
I went through regular maintenance of my teeth.
The receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor talked to each other, and when I asked them what to do and what to treat, they got angry and I took everything I had treated! I hate being told like this! It was said that it was violently dealt with.
As I brush my teeth every day, I feel anxious if I feel a little discomfort even after treatment, so I ask a question.
I think I was angry because I regarded the content of the question as a complaint, but I cannot leave important teeth to a dentist who cannot ask questions.
