古老の口伝によれば、慶長以前小野寺氏及び楯岡氏湯沢城在中より鎮座す。慶長7年佐竹氏が秋田に移るとき、紋章の燭台二台木杯一個旗一流寄付の記録があるが現在は不明。
慶長七年十二月神璽を受ける。
文久三年三月中にさらに神璽を受ける。
陰暦七月十八日例大祭典を執行す。
農家養蚕家の信仰を広く集めた。

According to the old man's oral tradition, Mr. Onodera and Mr. Tateoka were enshrined in Yuzawa Castle before Keicho. When Mr. Satake moved to Akita in the 7th year of Keicho, there is a record of a first-class donation of two candlesticks, one wooden cup, and one flag of the coat of arms, but it is currently unknown.
Received Shinroku in December of the 7th year of Keicho.
Received more gods during March of the third year of Bunkyu.
Performed the annual festival on July 18th of the lunar calendar.
Widely gathered the faith of farmers and sericulture.

Okachiinari Shrine is located in Okachimachi, Yuzawa City. The deity is Inakura Tamashii. According to folklore, before Keicho, Mr. Onodera and Mr. Tateoka were enshrined during Yuzawa Castle. The Yamauchi family residence, a nationally registered tangible cultural property, is in the immediate vicinity.
