★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite contrary to the look, this place actually serves delicious food with enough portions for men's appetite considering the price. The staff cannot speak english, so that might annoy some tourists, but the overall service is good.

I just found a cockroach in a bowl of steam rice,but he just ignored the whole thing and kept doing his own business.
Though The food is great, the attitude toward customer ruins the reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well - I have to agree with the negatives - I stood 1 hr outside this place - was seated - and then ignore for 35min. They all looked at me but did nothing - they have signs outside saying that they speak English but you only have one guy ? - if you like tongues from a cow that’s what the meet will be - it’s far from Kobe meet- fake imitation and BS place. Sorry guy you have a team of headless chickens who run around and sell poor quality food - next to this place is a Japanese company that serves also food - that one is excellent - NEVER again! It’s run but non Japanese people and you see this in the way the dood is presented and the grill

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is a rip off. We ordered two kind of hot pots (chicken and pork). First of all, they don't use good meat. Chicken was too fatty with wing meat and skin. The pork was with big rib bones in it. Not at all what the pictures looked like. Then, instead of charging us for what we ordered, they charged us for something more expensive, which appeared to be the same thing, only somehow more expensive. The reasoning they offered made no sense. It ended up costing us almost twice what we actually ordered. Did they offer to compensate us for their (or our) misunderstanding? Of course not. Stay away from this restaurant!
