★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can I start this post...??probably one of the best Italian restaurant in Tokyo...fresh food, all the material imported from Italy and an amazing chef crews...the service it’s amazing, all the waiters and waitresses are really kind and ready to help you anytime for any problems...I really suggest to try this restaurant to all the people want to try an Italian foreshortening in Japan...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with the other review, tourist trap. Avoid the pizza. Hamburger was ok but could of used some kind of sauce which they refused to give, they also refused to give ketchup for the fries. Service could be more friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a little expensive, but you feel you're getting your money's worth. Fresh mozzarella, fresh herbs, fresh tomatoes and expect pasta. Make sure you also enjoy the coffee.
This place is also very vegetarian friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I waited 45 minutes before requesting the check and eating at Mc Donald's instead. We ordered a bottle of wine and a pizza to share along with a soup and starter. We were served our wine and watched as the table of 5 next to us ordered and received their food as we were still waiting for our appetizers. They were nearly finished with their meal before I finally called the waiter over and asked where our food was. He proceeded to grab a menu and ask what we had ordered again and put it into the computer without an apology. When I told him that we no longer wanted to wait and would just pay for the wine and leave he shook his head and said no. I insisted that it was very rude how we were forgotten and I would rather eat somewhere else. He reluctantly brought us the check for the wine which we finished on empty stomachs. Again no apology or compensation for being forgotten for nearly an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food not bad but these guys are out of sync. We placed the order, wait, wait and wait.. at the end they brought the 2 mains and after we almost finished they brought the soupe of the entrée.. no comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is just ok Pasta is under cooked, and tomato sauce is blend. Pretty much it’s tourist trap!!! I will never comeback. Grilled mozzarella tasted like ash, and no taste. My guess is that people stop here because location not because of taste of food.
