★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古住宅購入を相談したものの売主側の建築確認番号紛失を理由にローン審査が通らず破談に。当方に落ち度はないためローン特約条項に基いて手付金は返還されるはずのところ、非常識にも売主は手付金返還拒否の文面をいわき土地建物を介して送り付けてきました。その後いわき土地建物は私が「訴訟も辞さない」と伝えるまで何も対応してくれず、結局売主が折れて返還に至るも契約解除証書の私の署名捺印欄に無断で日付を記載して売主に渡すなど売主偏重の対応には目に余るものがあり、もう二度と関わりたくありません。
ここの高評価のクチコミをみると、同一人物が短期間に市内小島東店、小島店、中央店の３店舗を五つ星評価しています。短期間に本当に三件もの不動産を取引されたのでしょうか？ヤラセではないことを願っていますが、なんだか不自然ですね。
Although I consulted about the purchase of a second-hand house, the loan examination did not pass due to the loss of the building confirmation number on the seller's side, and the mortgage was broken. Since we have no fault, the deposit should be refunded based on the loan special clause, but insanely the seller sent the text of refusal to refund the deposit via Iwaki Land and Building. After that, Iwaki Land and Building did not respond until I told him that I would not refuse the proceedings, and even though the seller broke and returned it, I wrote the date in my signature stamp column of the contract cancellation certificate without permission. I don't want to be involved again because the seller's predominant response, such as handing it over to the seller, is remarkable.
Looking at the highly rated reviews here, the same person rated the three stores in the city, Kojima Higashi, Kojima, and Chuo, with five stars in a short period of time. Did you really trade as many as three real estate properties in a short period of time? I hope it's not Yarase, but it's kind of unnatural.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸物件を借りるために利用しましたが、家賃保証会社の審査結果が2週間経過しても連絡先が来ません。仕方ないので他の不動産屋に同じ様な条件の物件を紹介していただきました。審査が遅れているなら電話一本かけられないのでしょうかね？初期費用も何故か部屋の脱臭費用名目で16000円程が請求され、総額でも他の不動産屋と比べると割高のようです。
なを、別の不動産屋の家賃保証会社の審査は２時間程度で結果が出ました。

For some reason, the initial cost is about 16000 yen in the name of the deodorizing cost of the room, and the total cost seems to be higher than other real estate agents.
However, the examination by another real estate agent's rent guarantee company gave a result in about 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HPの問い合わせは誰かが責任をもって常時見ているのでしょうか。なかなか返事を貰えずに直接こちらから電話をしたり訪問したりしました。“問い合わせ”の意味がありません。店頭でのベテランの対応はある程度評価します。ベテランとそうでない人の差があり過ぎかな？2021/9。
もう一つ気になるのは、クチコミのコメント評価に対するお店側のお返事ですが、高評価のものにしか反応していないような…。本当は逆では？低評価に対する反応をみんな見ていますよ。
Is someone responsible for always looking at HP inquiries? I called or visited directly from here without getting a reply. There is no meaning of "inquiry". I appreciate the veteran's response at the store to some extent. Is there too much difference between veterans and non-experienced people? 2021/9.
Another thing I'm curious about is the response from the shop to the comment evaluation of the word-of-mouth, but it seems that it only responds to the highly rated ones. Is it really the opposite? Everyone is seeing the reaction to the low rating.
