h	hiro s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前になりますが、結婚後の新居をお世話になりました。小島店のマネージャーさんが担当して下さったのですが、夫婦のお部屋にピッタリとお奨めしていただいたメゾネット、小さなお庭付きのアパートは、住んでみて大変すばらしい物件でした。お家賃も手ごろで、近隣の方々もとても良い方達ばかりでした。設備等に不具合があっても、相談すると管理部門の方が迅速に対応してくださいました。今はもう実家に越してしまいましたが、あの時の数年間は今でも良い思い出となっています。感謝感謝です。 A few years ago, I was indebted to my new home after marriage. む	むとせ* on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう二度と利用したくないです。電話で物件の見学について連絡を取った際に、相手の女性にこちらを舐め切ったような口調での対応を取られました。また、物件の見学に出向いた際も玄関の鍵が開かず、連絡して対応を求めたところ、「鍵を修理して対応する事になると思うので数日かかる」と言われました。しかし、こちらも1週間前から連絡して予定を空けていたうえ、それ以上日数がかかるのは困ると思い、何とかならないかと話を続けたところ実際に小島店の社員に来てもらう事になり、無事に鍵を開けてもらう事が出来ました。いくら仲介会社とはいえ、見学の予約が入っているなら尚更管理下の物件の状態は確認しておくべきではないでしょうか。それと、他の物件についても、大家に確認を取って頂くようお願いした件は1ヶ月経った今も連絡が来ていません。平日しか連絡の取れない大家さんと仰っていましたね？こちら側の要求が通るか通らないかに限らずちゃんと連絡を下さいとしっかりお願いしたはずです。大家さんと1ヶ月も連絡が取れないような物件はwebの掲載を取り下げた方が良いのではないでしょうか？もうあの店舗には電話もしたくないですし、二度と利用したくはないです。いわき土地建物小島店さん、この口コミにコピペみたいな謝罪文を送るぐらいなら社員教育をもう少し真面目にやって下さい。これからお部屋や家探しをされる方で、一軒家をお探しの方以外は別の不動産会社を利用される事をおすすめします。 I do not want to use it again. ち	ちゃんまい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までいわき土地建物さん含め、3社の不動産会社を利用しましたが、いわき土地建物さんは二度と利用はしないと思っています。 1年半年程入居していた間、色々な事がありましたが簡潔に書くと・担当者によると思うが、担当者不在や対応中で後程折り返すと言われても、電話の折り返しはない。・入居前に話を聞きに行った際の小馬鹿にした言動。・以前の入居者から半年以上経っての入居だったが鍵交換をしていなかった。鍵交換代はしっかり請求されている。・入居後しばらくして説明も無く急に鍵交換業者が来た。・真夏にエアコンが壊れた際、安心サポートセンター、いわき土地建物、大家さんと電話をたらい回しにされる。・エアコン修理業者への連絡を忘れられる。など、色々な事がありました。担当者さんの運が悪かったのかなと思っていますが、他社では有り得ないことばかりだったので正直おすすめはしません。物件数が多いのと、退去の際に担当してくれた方は良かったです。 I have used three real estate companies, including Iwaki Land and Building, but I don't think Iwaki Land and Building will ever use it again.
