何十年かぶりに訪れた。やっぱり旨い? 仕上げが丁寧・・・ 肉質はどれを食べても良質❗️ 酒を飲むならスジ焼きの塩がお奨め? これとキムチでマッコリのボトルが2、3本空けられる? ご飯物なら石焼ビビンバかな・・・ 混ぜるのはスタッフにおまかせ? タレの調整がこれまた絶妙❗️ 辛さの加減は残り物のキムチで・・・( =^ω^) 従業員の対応も良く気持ち良い? みな気さくで私のような酔っぱらい?相手にも愛想良く接してくれる? あと、ここのママさん・・・凄く綺麗なんだよね・・・20年くらい前の話だけど・・・( =^ω^) あと昔は深夜の時間帯しか行ったことがなかった為、知らなかったんだけど、美味しい店として有名らしく、土日の早い時間帯(スタートから22時くらいまで)は前日までの予約必須❗️ 当日はまず無理?⤵️ 土曜日などは、前日でも埋まってしまって希望通りの時間帯がかなり難しい状況なので注意されたし⚠️

元々行きたかったのですが、平時の休日は予約なしに入れず、緊急事態宣言で営業時間が早まり空いていると思って行ってみました。予想通り入れました。 ホルモン盛り合わせとジャンボカルビ、新鮮レバー焼、〆にコムタンうどんを頂きました。 ホルモンは、流石に亀戸の名店のそれと比較するのは酷ですが、それでも相当レベル高いなと思いました。特に、ホルモン盛り合わせにあったミノとギャラは丁寧に隠し包丁が入れられていて、大ぶりなサイズにも関わらずサクサクと噛みきれて食感を楽しめました。こんなに丁寧な包丁は、他のお店でもなかなか見かけないです。ジャンボカルビも同様で、ジューシーで柔らかく、美味しく頂きました。キムチも酸味と甘味がありそんなに辛くないので万人向けの味です。新鮮レバーは、普通のレバーよりぷりぷりしていてこれも美味でした。コムタンうどんは、薄味に仕上がっているので単品では物足りなさを感じそうですが〆の料理としては相応しい感じです。またコムタンうどんにはテール肉が1つ入っていて、お得感あります。(いくつかのお店でコムタンスープのメニューを食べてますが、大ぶりのテールが入ってるのは珍しいですね。) 何も言わなくても編みを取り替えてくれたり、お冷代わりのお茶を提供してくれたりと、地元で愛される焼肉店なのも頷けます。 お値段はちょっと高めかなと思いますが、お値段以上の満足感は得られると思いました。

Kimchi also has acidity and sweetness and is not so spicy, so it is a taste for everyone. The fresh liver was more plump than the regular liver and it was also delicious. Gomguk udon has a light taste, so it seems that it is not enough as a single item, but it is suitable for cooking. In addition, Gomguk udon contains one tail meat, which is a great deal. (Some shops eat Gomguk soup menu, but it's rare to have a large tail.) It's no wonder that it's a yakiniku restaurant that is loved by the locals, as it replaces the knitting without saying anything and offers cold tea. I think the price is a little high, but I think that you can get more satisfaction than the price.

最高の店です。特にタンはここのを食べたら他を食べれないレベルです。 何を食べても最高ですが、あまり挙げられてない中だと、さつま純然鶏が最高に美味しいです。ホルモンも。 2022年1月から一部料金が変更になっていたのでメニューを共有します。 特上タン系が大きく値上げされました。味は変わらず最高でした。

Yu and his mother were very nice and accommodating to us and did their best to give us good service despite the cultural and language barriers. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! The meat was also very tasty! ;)
