★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数回利用させていただきました。数年前、余命を告げられた夫の要望で子供達が葬儀の内容を聞きに必死の思いでこちらに伺いましたが取り扱ってもらうことができず、受付の方にはあしらわれ私から見ても流石にひどいなという印象でした。
夫は家族葬を望んだ為結果こちらを利用させていただきましたが担当した方も約束の時間に訪問しなかったり連絡が途切れたりとあまりよろしくない印象でした。
母が亡くなった際もこちらを利用しました。以前の担当よりもかなり若い男性のスタッフが担当され、まだ慣れてないのか他のスタッフの補助がありましたが、終始とても穏やかで威張ることもなく丁寧でした。一度きりの式はぜひ2回目の方に任せたいと思いました。若い方の接客を見習ったほうがいいと思います。改善の希望をこめて星3にしときます

A few years ago, at the request of my husband who was told about his life expectancy, the children desperately visited us to hear the contents of the funeral, but they could not handle it, and the receptionist treated it and saw it from me. But I had the impression that it was terrible.
My husband wanted to have a family funeral, so I used this as a result, but the person in charge did not visit at the appointed time or the contact was interrupted, so it was not a good impression.
I also used this when my mother died. A male staff member who was considerably younger than the previous one was in charge, and although I was not accustomed to it yet, with the assistance of other staff members, it was very calm and polite from beginning to end. I definitely wanted to leave the one-time ceremony to the second person. I think you should emulate the customer service of young people. I will make it 3 stars with hope of improvement
