★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムにはランニングマシーンが4台、その他腹筋、背筋、腿、ふくらはぎ、プレス、プルといったウェートトレーニング器具があります。
駐車場完備で、最初の30分は無料です。
廉価で一通りのトレーニングはできますが、ランニングマシーンがよく故障し、放置されるので、星4としました。
ストレッチルームにはストレッチ方法のポスターが貼られています。
なお、センター全体は剣道、弓道、その他各種スポーツが営まれています。
 The gym has four treadmills and other weight training equipment such as abs, back, thighs, calves, presses and pulls.
Parking is available and the first 30 minutes are free.
It's cheap and you can do all the training, but the running machine often breaks down and is left unattended, so I gave it 4 stars.
There is a poster on how to stretch in the stretch room.
The entire center is dedicated to kendo, archery, and other sports.

Again, this may not be a redevelopment of the zoo. I don't think Kobe's way of thinking too much about the citizens is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ところどころ年季の入った設備はありますが、球技に剣道、柔道等のスポーツを楽しむ為の施設としては十分と思います。
また、近い将来にはリニューアルの計画もあるようですので楽しみです
There are some facilities with seasons, but I think that it is enough as a facility to enjoy sports such as kendo and judo in ball games.
Also, it seems that there are plans for renewal in the near future, so I'm looking forward to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large, but not a very spacious park. Mostly made up of a football field surrounded by some running/biking trails. I come here to read sometimes, as there are many places to sit near the trails. A nice park overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The zoo nearby might be interesting but don't go there if you're looking for a nice place to visit during cherry blossom season. This park is just a walk around an American football field. Only a few cherry trees and does not worth the trip... Quite disappointing
