三重県には結構ヨガスタジオがあるみたいですが、講師の方々も丁寧で親切なのと、費用もそこまで高くないのでありがたいです！
ダイエットのためにもともと始めましたが、精神的な安定も出てきて、ヨガのすごさを実感しているところです！
これからもよろしくお願いいたします！

It seems that there are quite a few yoga studios in Mie prefecture, but I am grateful that the instructors are polite and kind, and the cost is not so high!
I started it originally for a diet, but now I'm feeling the greatness of yoga with my mental stability!
