★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コース料理を頼みましたが酒を飲まないので料理のインターバルが長く感じました。あいだに出たオマールエビはどうかなぁ❓って感じ、だったら伊勢エビの方が嬉しかったです。メインの握り寿司は美味しかったので星三つ半にしておきます。
 I asked for a course meal, but I didn't drink, so I felt that the cooking interval was long. I wondered how the Omar shrimp that came out in the meantime ❓, then Ise shrimp were more happy. The main Nigiri sushi was delicious, so I'll leave it for three and a half stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大変美味しい。一品一品に丁寧に説明を加えて頂き料理が一層引き立ちます。流石に肉のサシは見事!お寿司も一貫一貫、素材に合わせた丁寧な仕事に味も深まります。全てにおいて行き届いたサービスと格式があるにも関わらず板長はじめスタッフの方々の暖かい接客が痛み入ります。何故マイナス☆一つかと、それは格式と共にお高い為で、本当に自分へのご褒美としてくらいにしか敷居がまたげないからです。しかし、本当に美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローストビーフ会があるということで、たか友さんにいきました。聞けば、洋食のシェフも今度入られたということで、メニュー構成にどんな変化があるか楽しみでした。
前菜鮮やかでどれもおいしかったですが、ゴボウの穴子巻きは香りととろける食感が素晴らしかったです。
その後、いくつかお料理を挟み、メインのローストビーフですが、かなりのボリュームです。
こんな厚切りのローストビーフには出会えません。
いただいてみると、しっかりとした肉の旨みと、じっくり火を通してある柔らかさ、そして脂身の乗り方が絶妙でペロリと食べてしまいました。
山幸さんからの仕入れであるマグロ素晴らしい質です。肉の味の濃さが凄いですね。
デザートにイチゴを使ったケーキが出ました。
イチゴが凄い甘くて良かったです！
I went to Takatomo because there was a roast beef party. I heard that the chef of Western food was also included next time, so I was looking forward to seeing the changes in the menu composition.
The appetizers were all bright and delicious, but the burdock conger rolls had a wonderful aroma and melting texture.
After that, with some dishes in between, the main roast beef is quite large.
I can't find such a thick roast beef.
When I had it, the meat taste was firm, the softness through the fire slowly, and the way of riding the fat was exquisite and I ate it.
The tuna that is sourced from Yamayuki is of great quality. The taste of the meat is amazing.
There is a cake made with strawberries for dessert.
Strawberries were really sweet!

予約がひつようなのであらかじめ連絡してみてください。
