★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老湯麺と餃子を頼みましたが湯麺は味が薄く餃子もなぜか熱々じゃない状態で私には合いませんでした。
 I ordered shrimp hot noodles and dumplings, but the taste of hot noodles was light and the dumplings weren't hot for some reason, so it didn't suit me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子がとても美味しい。しそ入り餃子はしっかりとシソの風味がきいている。担々麺は辛さ控えめ。濃厚だけど、くどくないスープ。午後２時以降もお店があいてるので便利。テーブルに消毒スプレー、ティッシュが置いてあるのが親切でよい。
The dumplings are very delicious. The shiso-filled dumplings have a strong perilla flavor. Dandan noodles are less spicy. A rich but not too heavy soup. It is convenient because the shop is open after 2:00 pm. It would be nice to have a disinfectant spray and tissue on the table.

土曜日のランチタイムにようやく訪問しました。
料理人が中国の方だったので、日替り定食（豚生姜焼）ではなく、石焼麻婆豆腐定食（¥700）を注文。味噌ベースの唐辛子？で辛味を付けたタイプです。陳麻婆豆腐タイプではないけれど美味しくいただきました。
接客も丁寧でしたので、次回は夕食を食べに行きたいと思っています。

Since the chef was from China, I ordered the stone-grilled mapo tofu set meal (¥ 700) instead of the daily set meal (pork ginger-grilled). Miso-based chili pepper? It is a spicy type. It's not a Chen Mapo tofu type, but it was delicious.
The customer service was also polite, so I would like to go out for dinner next time.
