★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刀削麺以外食べた事はないが麻辣刀削麺が美味しい。激辛好きには辛さは物足りないが食べ応えあり。強いていうならランチメニューは麺類に炒飯セット(ダブル炭水化物)あるのだが麺類プラス餃子セットが欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大陸系街中華。ラーメンチャーハンちょいクセある。麻婆豆腐は激辛というほどではないがとにかく濃い。ライスがないとつらい味。この系統の店ははセットやメインはリーズナブルだがもう一品がお高めなのが難。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのネギ刀チャーシュー削麺が自分にはかなりのヒットで、ボリュームもある為満足度がコスパが良いです！夜にも行ったことがありますが、小鉢系も美味しいです。※ものによっては山椒が強いため注意ですが。
店内が以前よりもきれいになって、数名でゆったり座れるのでおすすめです。入口から見えにくいですが、店内は一人の方も多いので、入りやすいです。私の周りでは、口コミで広まっています。

塩味のスープに海鮮（えび、イカ、ミニホタテ貝柱）と白菜メインの野菜炒め餡が乗っている
刀削麺はもちもちでボリュームあり。後半は辣油を500円玉くらいの大きさに垂らし味変も美味い
ランチタイムは杏仁豆腐がつきました。チープだけどこういうのは嬉しい
※ほぼこれをいつもオーダー
餡の塩味がどこかに偏っていて最初は塩味のしょっぱさにムラがある
天地返しと攪拌して味を均一化します。あっさりしてるし刀削麺は長さも太さも均一だし良い店だといつも思っている

The sword-cut noodles are chewy and voluminous. In the second half, the chili oil is dripped to the size of a 500-yen coin and the taste change is delicious.

前々から存在は知っていたこのお店。この日はちょっと冷え込んでいたので温まろうとGOです。
大手町、神田あたりで数件刀削麺のお店に入った事がありますが、私は正直苦手分野でした。辛い物はとことん辛く、本場仕様はパクチーが効き過ぎてなんとも...
辛くないものを聞いたらこちらのタンタン刀削麺をおすすめされました。
結果は◎です。日本人向けなのか違和感無く食べれますね〜。飽きない味かと思います。
麺ももちもちでワンタンを永遠にすすってる感じで幸せ。

When I heard something that wasn't spicy, I recommended this Tantan sword-cut noodle.
The result is ◎. You can eat it without any discomfort, maybe it's for Japanese people. I think it's a taste you won't get tired of.
I'm happy with the chewy noodles and the feeling of sipping wonton forever.
