と	とaさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此処の中華は、日本的で、大好きだ。女将が少し無愛想なのが非常に良い。女将は綺麗好きらしく、テーブルを拭くのも丁寧で良い。女将は客のペースには絶対に合わせず、自分のペースで段取りを決めるのも安心できる。店の秩序を守るためには店の秩序に合わせた方が万事うまくいく感じを受ける。他の店は客に迎合しがちだが、ここはいい秩序が保たれている感じを受ける。そのことは作る側にも伝わっているので食品が、安全に思え、安心して食事をすることができる。中華はほとんどがあまり清潔な感じを受けない中、此処は店内も調理場も清潔で、お洒落だ。此処は何回も行きたい店の一つだ。 Chinese food here is Japanese and I love it. The landlady never matches the pace of the customer, and it is safe to decide the setup at her own pace. In order to keep the order of the store, I feel that everything goes well if the order of the store is adjusted. Other stores tend to serve customers, but it feels like they are in good order. This is also communicated to the producers, so the food seems safe and you can eat with peace of mind. Most of the Chinese food doesn't feel very clean, but the inside of the restaurant and the kitchen are clean and stylish. This is one of the shops I want to visit many times.
