★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダイキン工業のプロショップですので信頼してエコキュートの交換をしました。
ダイキンのエコキュートは結構おやすい見積もりをいただけます。
ただ、人手不足のようで、お願いしたことに対して連絡がこなかった(いつもこちらから催促の電話をしていた)事と、設置作業環境が悪いのでもちろん下見をしてもらい工事をしたのですが、作業時に新しいエコキュートのタンクをぶつけて塗装が剥げたのがショックでした。車用のタッチペンを借りて自分で補修しました。
皆さん良い方でしたが、もう少しプロ意識を持って作業してもらいたかったです。
連絡が遅い事と、製品に傷を付けた以外は良い対応だったのが救いです。値引きも対応してくれました。

However, due to lack of manpower, I couldn't get in touch with what I asked for (I was always calling for a reminder from here), and the installation work environment was bad, so of course I had a preview and did the construction. However, it was a shock that the paint was peeled off by hitting a new EcoCute tank during work. I borrowed a stylus for a car and repaired it myself.
Everyone was good, but I wanted them to work with a little more professionalism.
The salvation was that the contact was late and the response was good except that the product was damaged. They also offered discounts.
