て	てんこもり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゼファー400の調子が悪くなり、カワサキを扱っている店、ネットでの、評判などを考慮し修理、点検をお願いしようと決めました。司モーターさんでの購入した訳ではなく突撃訪問では失礼かと思い電話にてバイクの状態、今から行って見ていただけるか？を聞いたら、とりあえず見てみます。と、有難い返事を頂き30分後位に司モーターに到着。奥で年配の男性が整備をしており、先程連絡した○○です。と伝えると、何？とぶっきらぼうな対応。電話の男性と対応した男性は違う様子。それからもバイクの状態を見るでもなく今は大丈夫。と店内に戻ってしまい、この接客態度には流石に気分を悪くしました。自分の店で販売したバイク以外見たくないのか？バイクの不調で困ってお店に伺ってるのであの対応はないと思います。確かにレッドバロンなどは自社のバイク以外見ません。とならば分かるのですが、司モーターも同様ならばサイトにも記載しておくべきですね。 Zephyr 400 was not feeling well, so I decided to ask for repair and inspection in consideration of the reputation of Kawasaki stores and online stores. ‥ I didn't buy it at Tsukasa Motor, but I feel sorry for the assault, so I'm going to see the condition of the motorcycle on the phone.
