神	神田美加 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、娘が耳鼻咽喉科で初めてお世話になりました。 1ヶ月以上の鼻水鼻ずまり絡む咳が続いており、小児向けの耳鼻咽喉科を探していました。クチコミ評価も良く一つ一つのクチコミに対しても丁寧に返信しているのを見て、これなら先生も丁寧に一人ひとりに対してじっくり診てくれそうだなと思い行きました。予想通り、先生は凄く丁寧に診てくださり、わかりやす説明もしてくれて安心して帰れました。先生が処方してくれた薬も近くの処方箋薬局でもらい毎日飲ませて問題なく、薬の効果も出たようで症状が治まってきました。ただ残念なのが、娘を観てもらい良かったので下の子も診てもらおうと後日行ったのですが、受付の対応(1人)が雑でした。年末最後の日ともあって忙しいのは分かりますが、角のある言い方をされたのでとてもショックでした。私も子供を連れていくのは２回目の来院だというのもあってシステムが分からなく突っ立っていたんですが、1人の受付さんは挨拶もなかったです。先生や看護師さんの対応は?を付けてもいいくらい丁寧で子供目線で対応してくださり本当に良かったです。また何かありましたらお世話なりたいです。よろしくお願いします。 The other day, my daughter was taken care of for the first time in otolaryngology. I got the medicine prescribed by the teacher at a nearby prescription pharmacy and took it every day without any problem. Unfortunately, I was glad to see my daughter, so I went to see my younger child at a later date, but the receptionist (one person) was not very good at it. I know I'm busy on the last day of the year, but I was very shocked because I was angry. I didn't understand the system because it was my second visit to bring my child, so I stood out, but one receptionist didn't even say hello. The correspondence of the teachers and nurses was so polite that I could add ?, and it was really nice that they responded from a child's perspective.
