20代女です。 他の方が書かれている通り、完全アウェイです。 自分へのご褒美として、スイーツが食べたくて行ったのに悲しくなりました・・・。 まず、入っていらっしゃいませの声もなく どこに座ったらいいのかもわからず、あわあわしてると(は?なんで座んないの?そこ空いてんじゃん)みたいな雰囲気で通され、注文するにも常連さんとずっとくっちゃべっていて注文出来ず、だいぶ待ちました。 その後注文して、食べ物自体は美味しかったですが 出す際もなんの声掛けもなく、出したらすぐ話に戻り、非常に不快でした。 色々な場所でアルバイトをしていましたが、この対応は何?趣味の店?お金とるの?高っ。レベルの接客だと思います。 何かしら話すことはあるのではないでしょうか? 今日の○○はどこどこ産なんです〜とか。 接客業やられたことないんですかね?? ほんとに、アットホーム?何それ?話す気サラサラないじゃんね? って感じでした。 不愉快な思いをしたくない人は行かない方がいいと思います。

日曜日の10:30に訪問 すでに満席だったので予約表に名前を書いて商店街をぶらぶらしていました。 30ふんしないくらいで電話がかかってきたと思います。 酷い口コミが多いですが、気さくに話しかければきちんと答えてくださる印象でした。人見知りの方には少し向いてないかもしれません。 あの輪に入れたら楽しいだろうなーと思いながら一人で黙々と食べていました笑 お目当てのテリーヌには会えなかったけれど、もものサンデー美味しかったです。特にローズのアイスが♡ 常連さんがパイナップルのケーキが美味しいとおっしゃっていたので気になります。

何回か行きましたが、毎回残念な気持ちになるのでもう行かないです。 ここのお店が居心地良いと感じるのは常連客だけだと思います。 言葉遣いを知らないどこか客を見下している感じが否めない店主さん。 その雰囲気が常連客にも伝染している感じ。 お客さんも店主さんに気を遣っている感があります。それぐらい圧があります。 味は悪くないのですが、カフェは味と同じぐらい誰でも落ち着ける雰囲気が大事だと思うので、お勧めはできません。 代金先払いで、メニューは日ごとに変わります。

カフェでこんなに不快な思いをしたのは初めてです。二度と行きませんし、他に同じ思いをされる方が少しでも減ればと思いを書き込みます。 クチコミで皆様が書かれている通り、 こちら一言で言うと「常連だけに目を向けた最低の接客」です。 (もはや接客と呼ぶのも躊躇われるレベル) 店主さんがふてぶてしく、一見さんにはかなり冷たいです。 ①いらっしゃいませと言われない(お客さんが来てもずっと常連さんとお喋り。接客より楽しいお喋りを優先) ②席に通されない (見た感じ埋まっていたので、満席ですか?と尋ねると、「そこ。」とだけ言って唯一空いている席を指さされる。この間笑顔ナシ) ③注文聞かれない(メニュー表を置きに来たり水を置きに来たり「ご注文お決まりですか?」と聞かれたりするだろうと思ったら、永遠に常連さんとお喋りしていて放置。お喋りが途切れなさ過ぎてこちらから話しかけづらい。痺れを切らし「注文はこちらでしても宜しいですか?」と聞くと、睨まれる。) ④初来店なのにいきなりタメ口で対応される(基本放置&無視ですが、お会計の時だけ唯一会話らしい会話があり、その際にガッツリタメ口。) ⑤常連さんにだけ愛想がよく、初来店だと放置&冷たい対応(常連以外には一切話しかけない。必要な事も。) ⑥終始常連さんと会話(大きい声。飛沫が気になるレベル) …ざっと思い出してもこれだけあるので、本当に酷かったです。★1つすら付けたくない。

営業時間、営業日が不定期で昼間用事がない限り行くのは困難。固定した営業日にしてるようだが頻繁に今日はやります明日はやりません、など見受ける。 Instagramのストーリーにメニューや時間を上げてるがストーリーは数秒で画面切り替わり戻っても今見ていたものが表示されてない。 行こうとしても品切れが多く、購入したい気持ちはありますが敷居が高い。 年末年始で時間があるからやっといけるかなと思ったが、確か昨年までは営業していたのに今年はやってなかった。 皆さまのコメントにあるように常連、近所の昼間融通のきく方向け。 いつ何時でもキッサフムフムに時間を合わせられる方向け。 常連の方が態度が悪いというのは常連本人はそんなつもりはないと言い分はあるでしょうがこれだけコメント書かれているので当事者は自覚をしたほうが良い。スイーツは美味しく、他店では味わえない物だった。また行きたいと思わせる美味しさなのは確か。他のお客様がいるときの常連の態度が1番イメージを下げてしまっている。喋り続けるとか一見さんの事をギロギロ睨む自分がされたら嫌だと感じてくだされば良い。

A cosy cafe where you can enjoy some cakes and chat with the owner. It opens around 7:30 in the morning but will close when the food is sold out. Sometimes it can be early, maybe 1pm/2pm. Better visit in the morning. They have some usual deserts like pudding. And others are not fixed, such as curry, varieties of toast bread, jelly etc. Then after the first time, I never pay for the second visit. As I told the owner I wanna add your cafe into google map and it will be more popular. Then when I was making some edits, google map requires shop’s operating time, while this shop used to have non-fixed operating time. So I just insert based on the info on Instagram. After that, I saw the owner just diss about who set the fixed operating time openly on Instagram story. Well, it was me. If I don’t set it, I can’t be able to add new places on google map. And ppl won’t know about this place. 元々5つ星だったが、オーナーさんにGoogleマップであなたのカフェを追加しますよ!そしたら、もっと皆さんに知られるためです。 Googleマップに新しい場所を追加するときに、時間とか、アドレスとかなど入力しないと追加できないです。そしたらこの店は以前は不定休だったんで、インスタを基づいて大体の時間を入力するしかない。そのあと、オーナーさんがインスタストーリーで「誰かが勝手に時間を書くんだよ?!余計なことするな」という似てる内容で色々指摘された。(具体的になにいってたのか忘れたが)皆さんに紹介したいから場所を追加するのに、あんなことされてちょっと冷めたわ。
