いい意味でアットホームというか
近所の蕎麦屋さんって感じです。
そばのこだわりが店内に書いてあり
けっこう美味しかったです。
そばと板わさも頼みました。
八王子で本格的なお蕎麦はここで

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うどんは硬めなので、私には合いませんでした。丼物は濃い目の味付けなので美味しいです。残念なのが、和式のトイレです。慣れていないので不便でした。
Udon is hard, so it didn't suit me. The bowl is delicious because it has a strong flavor. Unfortunately, there is a Japanese style toilet. It was inconvenient because I wasn't used to it.

どんぶりのつゆが甘辛で、味が濃い目です。
そばも充分ボリュームがありますが、なぜかご飯ものをセットしちゃいますね。
漬物がぬか漬け。
出前やってくれます。
ちなみに、たぬきそばとどんぶりセットの場合、たぬき抜きのかけそばに替えてもらうこともできます。これで安心してかつ丼をセットできますね。
Classic town soba!
The soup in the bowl is sweet and spicy, and the taste is strong.
Soba also has enough volume, but for some reason I set rice.
Pickles are pickled in bran.
They will deliver it.
By the way, in the case of Tanuki soba and donburi set, you can have them replaced with tanuki-free kake soba. Now you can set the bowl with confidence.

そんなお店ですが、本日初来店です。
注文したのは、大もり600円。
安いですよね。
八王子の街を何十年も見てきたお店です。
もちろんお蕎麦は美味しいですよ。
これからも頑張ってほしいお店です。
