新	新井政之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熊谷駅から徒歩?５分の国道１７号線と、駅前から北に向かう県道９１号線の筑波交差点に面した、すかいらーくグループの和食レストラン?です。１０００円以下でもランチが食べられる。会席料理は少し高めです。数名から３０名のグループを使える個室もあり。コロナ禍で持ち帰りの弁当を一部紹介します。 It is a Japanese restaurant of the Skylark group, facing the Tsukuba intersection of National Highway No. 17 which is a 5-minute walk from Kumagaya Station and Prefectural Road No. 91 heading north from the station front. に	にんじん。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても食器が汚い。小さい頃からある藍屋さん。昔は親戚が集まると部屋を貸し切って行ってた。でも、今は人を呼んで行くとこではないと思う。私はズボラで多少なら拭けばいいと思う人なので、株主優待も使えるので行く。でも、そういうの気にする人とは絶対行けない。コロナだし。醤油の小皿や茶碗蒸しのスプーンにいつも何かこびりついてる。食べ物がのったお皿も見えなくなってるだけできっと汚れてる。現に頼んだお刺身の四角い角は汚れが溜まってるのか黄色かった。トイレや設備が汚いのは仕方ない。むしろ懐かしんでしまう。掘り机も好き。床が何気に暖かい。一番利用する年齢層の人は、食器の汚れが見えにくいと思う。設備投資なしで、すぐ改善できる事なのに数年こんな感じだと思う。ほんとに残念。家族で行く用の和食のファミレス。 Tableware is dirty whenever I go. m	maniacs 17号 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まぁ、チェーン店なので味に関しては何も無し。ただ、接客サービスに関してはダメダメ。ランチタイムのドリンクはおかわり自由とのことで料理よりも先に持ってきてくれると伺っていたが、結局は料理全て届いた後「ご注文の品は全てでしょうか？」と言われてこちらがドリンクが届いていないことを指摘して初めて認識。結局おかわりなど出来るわけもなく１杯飲んで終わり。愛想が良ければ許されるものではないからね。
ヒ	ヒロ君 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻の母親の喜寿のお祝いに、和食が良いと言うので利用しました。食事も良いし、店員さんの接客マナー、質。ファミレスなんだろうけど(甘く見てる訳ではありません)、キチンとしてて素晴らしかった。お客様の会話の内容からお祝い事だと察してくれて、「写真を撮りましょうか？」の声掛けは嬉しかったです。 I used it because Japanese food is good for my wife's mother's celebration of Kiju.
