★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口は車イス対応ですが、男女共用トイレは和式便器で車イスには非対応です。入口付近からコンクリート板が延びていますが雨天時にぬかるむのが理由なのでしょうか？多くの公園は暗渠(あんきょ)がなく水はけが悪いので降雨で水溜まりが出来てしまいます。この公園は奥に通路がありますからぬかるみ対策でコンクリート板があるのでしょうか。
遊具は砂場、ブランコ、鉄棒の3種類ですが、砂場に必要な衛生管理用シートがありませんから小動物の排泄物に注意する必要があります。縦長のフリースペースの奥には水道の蛇口がありますが、水飲み場としての機能はありません。15万ボルト送電線の鉄塔下に時計があります。通路を奥に進むと「おぐらこども文化センター」があります。
