★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、営業時間の始まり９時に緊急の連絡が有り電話をかけましたが、留守番電話の自動応答音声になり5分程程待たされた上、事前にその電話で確認しての訪問にもかかわらず、支店に出向いて手続きが出来ない旨の窓口対応されました。電話対応の際も受話器バックで世間話をされていて不愉快な思いをしました。
お陰で解約します。

The other day, I made an urgent call at 9 o'clock at the beginning of business hours, but the voicemail was automatically answered and I had to wait for about 5 minutes. Instead, I went to the branch office and responded to the counter saying that I could not complete the procedure. I felt uncomfortable when I was talking on the phone with the handset back.
