治療の診断や案内がとても丁寧で安心して通えました。
治療自体も丁寧で腰痛も改善されました。
また、骨盤矯正を受けて姿勢が良くなってきたのでとても良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慢性的な腰痛と肩のコリがあり、こちらの整骨院さんを見つけて通いはじめました。
自分ではマッサージできない部分、特にコリのひどい部分は深いところまで押してくださるので、終わったあとは血が通った感じがして軽く感じます。
骨盤矯正も追加メニューとしてやっていただき、座った時のバランスが安定して、やってもらってよかったなと思いました。
荻窪駅（南側）の近くなので、荻窪在住でなくても通いやすいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 重めの椎間板ヘルニアによる坐骨神経痛で全く寝られなくなったところで、こちらにお伺いしました。病院では手術以外だと痛み止めの処方のみで、とても耐えられそうになかったからです。
私の場合は、育児による背中の凝りで坐骨神経痛が悪化したとわかっていたため、背中や首をほぐしてもらうことに専念しました。(腰を直接さわると悪化することが他の整体でわかっていたため。)最初は指が入らない程硬い状態でしたが、都度治療の効果を感じ、続けて通うことでかなり改善されました。身体が非常に楽になりました。
お陰様でヘルニア自体も大分引っ込み良くなったので、今度は骨盤等を整えてもらうことでヘルニアや元々の腰痛の改善まで辿り着けたらと思っています。専門的な内容をわかりやすく説明していただけるので、信頼できます。病院での診療や治療はもちろん必須ですが、今回のヘルニアや坐骨神経痛では、良い治療院との出会いもとても大事でした。
