何回か訪れています。兎に角間違いのない美味しさです。ご主人の料理人としての 腕前の確かさは素晴らしい‼️ 奥様のアシストで何とも温かいお店です。 今日のお薦め料理が黒板ならぬ白板に書いてありますが流石にどれも美味しかったです。生ビールも紹興酒も美味です。 お料理はどれも独創的でお味は完璧です。 又行きたくなるお店です。 満腹、満足の美味しい北京游膳…5つ星です。

寒くなり始めるとここの北京ダックを食べに行きたくなる。照りのあるパリッとしたダックの薄皮に、モチッとした餅皮、甘みのあるタレに、シャキシャキの浅葱がアクセントなバランス最高の北京ダック。カナダ産のダックは変な臭みも一切なく大変美味しい。元ホテルのレストランの総料理長をされてたらしく、他の品もどれも美味ながら脂っこすぎず、気づくと心もお腹も満たしてくれる店。食べるものに悩んだら、人懐こいが丁寧で分かりやすい説明をしてくれる女将さんがすぐに助けてくれる。北京ダックは最低3日前に予約が必要、でもごく稀に、ほかの予約客が半羽の予定で半分余る予定だと、3日なくても半羽用意してくれる場合がある。日にちが足りない時はダメ元で聞いてみるのもよいかも?

店内は狭く客同士配慮が必要。接客は良い意味で食堂ぽい。北京ダックと賽螃蟹が美味し。親父さん一人で作ってるのが凄い。

ここのベースとなるスープが絶品!前菜3種盛・北京ダックは毎回必ず! 他も何から何まで美味しい。 今回初めていただいた「冬瓜と蟹と黄ニラ」の煮込みも絶品! 次回にまた食べたい逸品。 焼そばも、ここの絶品スープで炒め煮にしているから、おなかが一杯でも食べれちゃう優しいお味。 香麺のスープがおおもとのスープなので、やっぱりこれも外せない!
