★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 借りたい本を自分で検索、電話で図書館に予約して受け取り日時を決め、受け取りに行くと言う形で貸し出し中。ネットでの予約はまだ未稼働だそうです。
You can search for the book you want to borrow, make a reservation at the library by phone, decide the date and time of receipt, and go to pick it up. It seems that online reservations are not yet in operation.

バス停が近いので他町から利用されるかたもいらっしゃいます。
年に一回不要な本をただでもらえる時期もあります。
テーマのある企画などがあればもっと楽しめそうです。

Since the bus stop is near, some people use it from other towns.
There are times when you can get unnecessary books for free once a year.
If you have a theme project, you can enjoy it even more.

気密性の高い静寂すぎる室内、硬い椅子、どうにも長く居れない感じがする。
ビル内だから仕方ないと思うが、群馬や茨城など学力上位の県の図書館は宮城県のそれに比べてはるかに快適。
It's wonderful that there is a self-study room that can be used for study purposes, but it's really stuffy in a closed space.
The airtight and quiet room, the hard chairs, and the feeling that I can't stay for a long time.
I think it can't be helped because it's inside the building, but the libraries in prefectures with high academic abilities such as Gunma and Ibaraki are far more comfortable than those in Miyagi prefecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく利用しており、とてもいい所だと思いますが改善して欲しいところが多々あります。まず、他の方も言っていましたが密閉されていて無音すぎるところです。音立てたら殺されるのかってぐらいで緊張してストレスでお腹にガス溜まって破裂しそうになります。閉館前だけよく分からんbgm流すより、カフェなどのフリーbgmをずっと流してた方いいと思います。あと、係員？さんが何回も出入りしてきて気が散ります。やる事ないなら無理して動かないでもらいたいです。コロナ禍なので換気したりするのは分かりますが、あそこまでする必要ありますか？また、名前と住所を書く必要性も良くわかりません。めんどくさいです。何時までご利用ですか？の質問も係員さんがそれを把握して何の意味があるのか分からないので聞く必要ないと思います。

Also, I'm not sure about the need to write a name and address. It is troublesome. How long do you use it? I don't think it's necessary to ask the question because the staff doesn't understand what it means.
