G	Greenfish 555 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハ〜っと感心しっぱなしです。素晴らしいの一言です。私は仙台市民ですが、名取市民に激しく嫉妬します。車椅子の友人に付き添って行きましたが、館内の設備、スタッフ全てが温かい視点や眼差しにみちています。これこそがおもてなしかなと考えています。例えば、車椅子の方が本を返却するのに、通常の返却ポストでは届かないので、一段低いところにもポストがある。申込用紙を書きたくても、高さが合わないので一段下にも記入台を用意している。その他にも、聴覚障害者やブックファーストを迎える小さなお子さんを満足させる仕掛けなどが盛りだくさんです。（写真なくてごめんなさい。）また、身体的な理由で訪問できない利用者の方には、対応認定後、借りたい本を館員自ら直接お届け（宅急便の使用を含む）もしているようです。全ての人々の、より人間らしい「生活の質」（QOL）の向上を、館全体がめざしているのが伝わってきます。言い換えると「本を愛する全ての人」を尊重し、援助を必要とする人々を支えようと努力する姿や視点が、細かいしかけや設備をとおして、浮き彫りになってきます。一つのねらいに向かって、最初から最後まで徹底的に計算され尽くしています。「ノーマライゼーション」って、こういうことかと初めて実感しました(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
