本当にRC造りなのか？ってくらい壁は薄い
（隣＆上の部屋の生活音普通に聞こえます）
最悪なのが虫がかなり部屋に湧く。
黒ゴキブリどころかチャバネも見ました・・。
更にインターネット回線も昔の方式（VDSL）と
ベストエフォートのわけのわからない企業のWIFI設備のみ・・。
今どき１００Mしかでない回線しか使えないマンションって。。。
って感じでした。
マンションの見た目はいいんですけどね。
残念でした。
