★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二回目の見学であったが、前回同様、担当者の説明も解りやすく、他の従業員の方も感じが良く、園内の雰囲気も良い❗

人が居るから良い態度でいるだけですよ。
見学してる方がいていつもの悪い態度なわけないでしょう。
うわさによると認知症の方に対する対応も汚い言葉で怒鳴ってるみたいですよ。
介護の現場でいい人に出会うほうが珍しいでしょうね。
あくまでも以前働いていた方に聞いた話ですけど。

I just have a good attitude because there are people.
