仕方なく飲みに切り替えましたが、居酒屋に変わったなら、店名を替えるべきだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所的にはちょこっとわかりづらかったけれど、何となくレトロチックなイメージのお店で店一押しの煮込み(牛もつとの説明ありました)柚子胡椒風味と言うあまり他所ではお見かけしないのが本日の塩あじ煮込みの日替わりであったのでオーダーしましたとても風味良く食べやすかったです。他に鳥南蛮、アジフライ、ハラミ串を頼み一人なので鳥南蛮とかは二つアジフライは一枚焼き物は一本からokなので
色々と楽しめました。あっレバーのレバーネギ串頼みました。これも火の通し加減が絶妙で美味しかった。スタッフの皆さん感じよく、作り方なども親切に教えて下さり好感が持てました。
アルコールの値段が若干のお高めかもしれませんがおかわりの際にサイズアップの話をするとグラス三種類出してくれ大きい方が割安感を感じました。
中華そばとか、スリランカカレーというのもあり興味を持ちました。今度はごはん主体です行ってみようと思いました。ごちそうさまでした！

I enjoyed various things. I ordered a liver onion skewer. This was also exquisitely cooked and delicious. All the staff felt good, and they kindly taught me how to make it, which I liked.
The price of alcohol may be a little higher, but when I talked about increasing the size at the time of refilling, three types of glasses were offered and the larger one felt cheaper.
I was also interested in Chinese noodles and Sri Lankan curry. This time, I decided to go mainly for rice. Thank you for the meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川崎チネチッタに隣接した飲み屋街、川崎の中華で一番有名な「中華成喜」のお隣にオープンした、新宿三丁目もつ煮専門店沼田の姉妹店『ぬま田食堂 川崎チネチッタサイド店』さん。
この日はこの後用事があったので、アルコール抜きで『ポテサラ食べるラー油付き』450円と、『もつ煮』390円、『ねぎレバ』230円と『御飯』200円で定食にして頂きました。
『ポテサラ食べるラー油付き』
さっぱりポテトサラダに、ピリッとワンポイントの辣油さん。
ビールが進む味付けですが、今回は御飯をかっ込みます。
美味いッスw
『もつ煮』
しっかり煮込まれたもつは柔らかく、臭みもないので、めちゃ美味しいです。
もつ煮の上のネギが良いアクセントになって、最後まで一気に完食しちゃいましたw
『ねぎレバ』
焼いたレバーにネギたっぷり。
そんだけなんだけど、めちゃ美味い〜。
長居したら絶対アルコールを飲まずに居られなくなるので、完食と同時に即退店ww
次回は飲む！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客良し。昭和の懐メロが流れていて何かほっとする。お任せ肉刺し三点盛り合わせ(ねぎれば刺し肝臓、がつ刺し豚胃袋、豚タン刺し)
と、もつの醤油仕立て頼みました。
もつはもつとネギオンリー。他の店だと大根や人参も入っているがこれは面白い。なんか醤油スープが少し中国風味だか普通にうまい。
刺しはレバーは、既にゴマ油&塩の味がついてる。がつはゆず胡椒&ゴマ油塩かな？
タンだけ軽く塩振ってあるが基本はワサビ醤油。
味付け少し濃いが許容範囲。
また来たい。昭和の音楽いいわー

I asked for the soy sauce of offal.
Offal is only green onion. Other stores also have radishes and carrots, but this is interesting. Somehow the soy sauce soup has a little Chinese flavor and is usually delicious.
The sashimi liver is already flavored with sesame oil and salt. Is it Yuzu pepper and sesame oil salt?
Only the tongue is lightly salted, but the basic is wasabi soy sauce.
The seasoning is a little dark, but it is acceptable.

湯飲み茶碗だったがお碗でいただきたいくらいに濃厚なお出汁。(^o^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全部美味しいです。お通しで出てきた新牛蒡？が絶妙な歯応えとお味で美味しゅうございました。名物のもつ煮込みやネギレバも串焼きもお肉も最高でした。メニュー多いので他のメニューも試してみたい。
